“Everybody can be great because everybody can serve.” – Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr.
The employees at FNB embrace this concept inside and outside the business walls. Community is what makes Oxford and Tupelo such special places. Over the last 100+ years, FNB, as an institution, and its employees have continued to support the growing needs in our small towns. With the majority of our workforce giving of their personal time and resources in the community, FNB truly embraces what a hometown bank should be.
FNB annually sponsors around 75 different entities ranging from schools, to United Way, School Initiatives, Susan G Komen, St. Jude, Boys and Girls Club, CREATE Foundation, Doors of Hope and many more. Our team of tellers volunteer their time to keep things running for the Double Decker Arts Festival in Oxford and the Don’t Be Cruel BBQ Duel in Tupelo. Also, employee involvement is definitely making a difference in Oxford and Tupelo. We have board members, chairs, teachers, advisors, coaches and volunteers that span 41 different entities!
